Something visible is starting to happen in the Nová Ves u Bakova area – the surveying of individual parcels is taking place at the site of the future quarter Between Forest and River. This means that the boundaries of future houses and the entire residential area are being drawn on the plot. The work follows the project that will bring modern and sustainable housing close to nature to the area in the coming months. At the same time, we are also fencing solitary trees that will be preserved and become a natural part of gardens and public space. This way, the surrounding landscape will remain green, familiar – and even more beautiful. Everything is heading towards construction proceeding thoughtfully – with respect for the place, nature, and future residents.
