MEZI LESEM A ŘEKOU Nová Ves u Bakova
Family House Březová - Oleško - from the street view, a small inconspicuous wooden house grows with the sloping terrain and opens to the garden and mature greenery on the neighboring plot. A simple two-story building with a gabled roof adapts to the terrain and leans towards the cardinal directions and views. Materially, the house is divided into two parts - a light green wooden structure placed on a concrete platform embedded in the terrain.
The house is shifted to the eastern edge and oriented so that views of the mature greenery of the neighboring garden are utilized from all living rooms. The placement takes into account maintaining a balanced soil balance so that it is not necessary to deal with excess or, conversely, shortage. The house is embedded in terrain that naturally slopes along its longer side. The entrance to the house from Na Spojce street is on the second above-ground floor.
On the upper floor of the house there is an entrance hall with a bathroom and study. The main living part of the house with kitchen, living room and dining room is rotated opposite the entrance. From the kitchen it is possible to go out to a small terrace on the eastern side of the house and enjoy the morning sun. On the north side, a view from the slope, into the crowns of trees on the neighboring plot. The entire southwest side of the house opens to the sun and views, where there is a spacious terrace.
