Villa Seeblick - the project minimizes interventions to the original house, finding the possible extent of new extension and harmony between both parts. Rescue of a First Republic villa in the residential district of Staré Splavy, gentle reconstruction including preservation of the original facade to Přemyslovská street, restoration of original details, window replicas, preservation of the roof landscape.
